Returns

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to initiate a return. We offer a 30-day return window for most new, unopened items from the date of delivery, and we will provide a full refund. If the reason for the return has something to do with, such as you got the wrong item in the mail or the equipment you received was somehow not intact, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with comprehensive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please keep in mind that the refund process typically takes approximately four weeks from the time you hand the return package to the shipping carrier. This period encompasses the transit time (5 to 10 business days) for us to receive your return, the processing time (3 to 5 business days) once we receive the item, and the time your bank requires to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Sunshine Ophthalmic currently offers shipping services to the Continental USA only. Moreover, our services are exclusively available to Florida-based practices.

Sunshine Ophthalmic will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the item’s availability and your chosen shipping options. Shipping date estimates will be clearly presented during the checkout process.

Please take note that shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound, as is customary.

Shipping Costs

You can determine shipping costs as you proceed through our Secure Checkout. Simply enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method. The calculated shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your order subtotal at the bottom of the page.

For services with tracking capabilities, you will find relevant tracking details on your order page and within the shipping confirmation email we send.
