Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are not eligible for exchange.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 8 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sunoph.com or by phone 1-877-801-9503 with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
